We want to make sure that everyone who purchases one of our Certified Organic Free Range turkeys for Thanksgiving is aware that these birds cook a little faster than a conventional bird.  Prior to roasting and/or stuffing please ensure that the bag of organs has been removed from the cavity of the bird.  Uncovered a 15lb turkey cooks in 3 hours at 375F and a 20 lb turkey cooks in 4 hours at 375F.  We are once again overwhelmed by the support we have received through our turkey orders and look forward to seeing everyone at pickup.  Sheila and Ron
